i visited kfc this morning to order my favourite meal (sweet chilli twister meal), as my cashier called out my order to the kitchen staff, a lady working in the kitchen began to prepare my twister. she had something in her hand, i am not quite sure what it was, but before washing her hands or even putting on plastic gloves, she began to prepare the order. i was utterly mortified when i saw this as knows what she had touched prior to that.
what i would like to know is, dont all kitchen staff use plastic gloves when preparing food? i did ask about why she didnt have any on and the reply i got was rather odd. is this not a health violation? this is highly unprofessional and unhygienic.
please do something about it, i would hate to stop eating at kfc over something like this.
