I went with my son today to watch MANDELA: Long Walk To Freedom. When the teller booked the tickets for us, for the 14:00 screening, I ordered two combos for us as well. It was clear that we didn't understand each other as I spoke English and she spoke in Zulu. So I informed her that I don't understand her and that I speak English. She continued to address me in Zulu, then I told her again that I speak English, she just replied and said that she speaks Zul, with a nasty attitude. So I asked for the manager. She continued to speak in Zulu. I asked for the manager again, the she shout over my shoulder to one of the cleaning ladies to escort me to the manager. After the two had a conversation, the lady she called also adrressed me in a different language and made hand gestures to follow her. Whe The manager came, I explained the situation and she just said thank you and called some one else to assist us, promising that she will talk to the teller.
We ended up entering the cinema at 14:18!
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT ACTION WAS TAKEN AGAINST THAT TELLER.
