I have just returned from kfc! First of all we waited in a que for 15 minutes, then ordered my food and waited another 20 minutes for the food! I asked Thandi where the manger was she just ignored me. The poor girl Ziyanda looked exhausted she was running from the front to the back to make my mash and coleslaw and then forgot my loaded fries! No milkshakes, No ice cream and no coke! the zinger wings were black with hardly any crumbs on!! Our zinger box was ice cold by the time we got to the car! i asked for a refund everybody ignored me! Another customer said they can keep his money he is not waiting any longer for a piece of chicken.
Seriously i have managed many restaurant, get more staff on a busy Saturday evening and make sure you have stock! This is a franchise you are making all the other KFCs look bad! You lost a lot of business as customers were leaving as the service was so slow!
