What started as a drive-thru order, ended up as a 20-minute wait in the parking area and they still got the entire order wrong. On arrival at home this is what we found wrong with the order:
1. Kiddies meals with no toys.
2. Nuggets as ordered have turned into 1 piece of chicken.
3. Zinger burger in Wicked Zinger Box Meal with no zinger sauce.
4. Coleslaw in both Wicked Zinger Box Meal & Fully Loaded Box Meal where it should be mash & gravy.
5. No chicken piece in the Fully Loaded Box Meal.
6. Card was swiped twice - Will have to wait and see if they refund.
This is not the first time we have experienced this kind of service from this specific store.
We cannot think that we are the only ones noticing...
