The person behind the counter informed me that they were out of stock on Zinger wings. I insisted and was served, but was told to wait 10 minutes. After 14 minutes I asked for my order, as this was taking too long. Mr Sam then rushed to the back and speeded up the process, I got my wings but with the stress that he was under, he forgot to put in my regular chips that I ordered. This was the second time that I received this type of poor service from this shop. They must pull up their socks and deliver some service.
