Good Day (The Owner of Debonairs Pizza) - Gateway Mall - Cinema Level. On Tuesday the 30th of July 2013 at approximately after 5.10pm I came to your store to buy a Real Deal Triple Decker Pizza. When I had placed my order I had advised the cashier that the pizza must be done in the following way: 1. The bases must not be hard. Which one of the bases was hard. 2. The bases must not be burnt. Which was burnt on the sides as well as the underneath. 3. The ingredients must be like how it is on the the advertisement boards in your store. But the ingredients was way less. When my order was done I was so sadden by this and heart sore for a bad service that I was given by your staff. I always order from your store and I am in the Verge of not coming to your store to order my pizza. Previously i was given excellent customer service bu nowadays I just so sad about all of this issues that i received. If this is not sorted out in due time I will never ever come back to your store and give your store business and support and one customer loss is not very great for business.
