On Monday evening I went to KFC Worcester (The one in town). I went the drive through route, and ordered a wicked zinger box meal. When I received the brown bag filled with my order, I confirmed with the waiter that it is indeed a zinger boxmeal as I could not look into the bag due to very poor/no lighting. When I got home, I opened the bag, only to discover a twister of some sort. The coke that came with the meal was soda water with ice.
Yesterday I decided to put the past behind me and went to them again. I first complained about the previous order, and then ordered the same thing. The first window was closed, waited about 6-8 minutes, finally a cashier helped me. He then told me that they would not be able to make a zinger burger and wings because its going to take too long. I then asked for a normal burger, he replied and said that they only have chicken pieces left. as i watched him in disbelief a cleaner in the background grabbed a load of chips with her bare hands, stuffed it in her mouth and continued with her work. I asked the cashier why are they still open if they cant produce products, and he replied: "To finish selling the left over chicken pieces"
