I lodged an complaint regarding bad service and food at Hermanus branch. Wimpy head office came back to me and send me an voucher. When I tried to redeem the voucher at The Reeds it was reclined. They came back and said it was fixed. On 2013-08-02 I tried again to redeem it at Carlswald and again it was reclined. I feel this is totally unprofessional and feel humiliated standing at the counter trying to redeem the voucher, with other customers watching. I feel the bad service started at Hermanus and is running through the whole company where you do not get your problems resolved. I will not advise people to go to Wimpy as it seems you're complaints are not resolved.
