Rude Staff at Subway

I am a regular at Sub Way as its around the corner from my college. im used to friendly service and good food. i haven't been in a few weeks, and today when i went there to grab lunch i was severly dissapointed. the weren't busy and my order was taken quickly, the lady that came out to put the topping on my sub was busy chatting to her friend, and after her conversation was over (my sub sitting on the counter getting cold) did she come over to finish making my sub. she put on my toppings while still talking to her friend and put tomato sauce on the sub instead of the south west sauce i had asked for. a harmless mistake that would have been avoided if she was focusing. when i said she put the wrong sauce on my sub her and the guy next to her argued with me and tried to convince me that that was south west sauce. i asked them to scrape it off and put the right sauce on, which was done with no apologies or a smile. then when i was paying i upgraded to a meal (the sign by the till said that included a 500ml drink and either chips or cookie) but then i was given a 350ml cup, which when i politely queried, i was met with further rudness and as i had already paid, there was nothing to do!
