Disappointing service i received, i even lost appetite
I bought 2 big mac meals at the drive thru and the person speaking through the intercom was very dismissing and impatient with us.
When i made my order i had specific things that i needed and as i was trying to explain i was being dismissed she wouldn't hear me out or give me a chance to speak i repeated more than 5 times that i wanted 1 burger with extra pickles and extra sauce but she kept saying 2 cokes.
I got to the paying point and she says she didn't hear me say extra sauce she only heard pickles and she then said i can add the sauce at R3, 50 and i gave her money for the sauce
When i got to the collection window i was given the my order and i asked if the extra sauce and pickles that i paid for was added the guy at that windows said yes and then as we were about to take off they stopped us to say we needed to wait for the extra sauce and the sauce was given separate in a ice cream cup cap covered with a cold-drink cup cap, when i expressed that i was unhappy with that and would like them to add the sauce inside the burger the guy told me it would take too long and just left me there.
I then left the store.
