Today, for the 2nd time, Debonairs Pizza Glenfair have failed to deliver food within the stipulated 40 minutes.
To add insult to injury, I have to call the store to find out where my food is - all this after the manager is aware that the deliveries are delayed during the lunch time rush!
Surely the employees can manage customers expectations and advise that the food will be late because it is a "peak period"
This is the very LAST time that i will ever order food from Debonairs.
Service delivery is absolutely SHOCKING!
