I'm a regular at Nandos, as I live very close by. I order from Nandos at LEAST 3 times a week because I like the sauce. I usually go to the Stadium on Main branch in Claremont, but occasionally the Rondebosch Main Rd branch. However my issue is with the Claremont branch. I always get the same order, seldomly changing it: quarter chicken, chips and roll; leg piece, lemon & herb, peri chips, extra sauce and chicken fillet breast, l&h, extra sauce. The people know me there. However, I have never gotten my order completely correct, EVER!!! There is always a mistake, either the chips are not peri chips, there is no extra sauce or some other reason. The other day I was given extra hot with extra sauce. I have never felt so much pain from food before. How is my order never correct? Furthermore, the staff are rarely friendly. I decided to ask for wedges instead of chips in my order the other day, which the guy agreed on, and when I went there they refused to give it to me because the meal apparently doesn't come with wedges. WHY DIDN'T THEY SAY THIS ON THE PHONE? Once I even found a nail in my sauce. I have decided to boycott Nandos until changes are made & given an apology by the manager.
