Wrong order - wrong attitude

I was visiting the KFC near my house the other day. I ordered a WICKED ZINGER BOX MEAL and my sister ordered a Colonel Burger. When we were called to collect, the lady behind the counter gave me a Boxmaster. Now I am a very patient person, and after waiting 20 minutes the first time, I decided I might just as well wait for my correct order. But, it seems I am the one in the wrong. She started talking very loudly and called me a. I called her supervisor and before we could start talking, she ranted and pointed to me all the while speaking Setswana. Because my knowledge of the language is just above basic, I could not follow their conversation. I then offered to pay extra for the "new" WICKED ZINGER BOX MEAL if it meant me getting the food I ordered. This they found acceptable. My dog thanks you for a lovely meal. The Boxmaster hit the spot he told me. I refuse to order from KFC ever again. I found a lovely Chicken Licken nearby and Nandos offers a healthy alternative. I must thank the guys at the KFC at the MidCity Square in Jorisson Street Pretoria for teaching me a lesson. It does not pay to be brand loyal.
