I usually buy KFC at the New Germany branch as it is the closest to my place. Monday the 29th of July (8:45pm) was no different... as i felt like KFC and went there to purchase my meal. I had a chat with the cashier whilst still deciding on what to order... she punched in my order and at the end i had a slight change of my mind... then asked if i could change the order, she refused and said i cannot change now because she's punched it already. I told her this is my money and I need to be totally satisfied with the meal I choose to buy, if not then she should give me back my bank card and I would leave. The manager was close by and she said the cashier should let me go if I didn't want to buy KFC at that place. I proceeded to take my card and left, I'm disgusted with the attitude the manager had towards me as a customer!
