BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE

We only have 1 KFC in our area in a radius of 30km it is the only one in town.
we have now again received bad service from the staff when we went to them
on sat 27 July 2013 at 5 when we visited them we were rudely informed about an enquiry for a special and whilst busy ordering it was shouted at us that an item now has also run out.
they have no sign up as to say which bank cards they do accept
previously on 2 occasions the cold drinks that was supposed to come with the order were not given and on making a call to them we were told to prove it. you are not allowed to check the itmes their if they are busy as we were told to just move
we spent at least R200 on a meal and want the service that should come with it. it is far for us to drive up and down to them and cannot afford to just donate half of an order just because they provide bad service.
