When a waitress doesn't know what she's doing

I visited Mediterranean at Ilanga Mall on 9 July 2013. We arrived and were seated. All the trouble started when the waitress who's name she couldn't tell me seemed not to know where she worked or what they seved. We ordered drinks, had another waitress come back to ask if I had ordered whiskey when I had ordered Vodka. When our drinks arrived they were still wrong and had to be sent back. We waited and waited for her to return so that we could order our meal. Eventually I got up and had to go find her so that we could order more drinks and meal. We waited around 20 min between each serving of drinks and the restuarant was not busy at all. Our waitress did not appear to know what Oysters were and had to call for help, eventually our Oysters arrived and we had to ask for plates. We were ordering 2 drinks each at a time because of how long we had to wait for service. We asked if we could have fresh bread rolls (as any great restuarant would do) we got two squashed, dry unedible pick n pay rolls who knows where they were dug out of. Getting the bill was a total nightmare and we were billed incorrectly.By the time we left we both swore never to return. Why employ such incompetence?
