On Friday the 26th of July we went to spur in springs. we arrived at 18:22 and we booked a table for 7 near the kidz playground, as we had two children with as one of two years and a 6 year old. they took the name down for the table as Laurica. we waited and waited and a lot of people went in but not us. after about 45 minutes we asked the lady at the door what is going on we are still waiting for a table. she asked us for the name that we booked on. know realizing that our name was scratched out and given to someone else. this lady know calls for the girl who scratched it out and shouts at her in front of everyone. still doesn't resolve my problem sitting outside with a granny and 2 small kidz in the gold. then to top it off the manager comes out (me not knowing this is the manager) and tell me that he can give me 2 tables opposite each other (we went as a group so what fun will this be) he then said he will make a plan he went back in and after about 10 or more minutes he come back and said he will be able to provide a table in 2 min> guess what a anther 15 minutes pass. at this time I was furious and told them we are leaving now> the lady at the door then rolled her eyes at me.
