On Fri 08/11/13 my wife and I dined at Wilsons wharf Zacks, we waited for over 50 minutes for our main meal to be served, and only after we called for the manager, were we then told that our meal will be on its way shortly! when we were eventually served our meal, which was a Jalepeno Fillet with "crispy bacon", i then looked at my meal and from what the "menu" described to what was delivered was A SIGHT FOR SORE EYES! i immediately called for the manager who was absolutely unapologetic! firstly my fillet looked rare although MEDIUM to WELL was specified, and the bacon looked raw! there was no way i was going to eat that! instead of the manager empathising with a valued customer, he was looking at what time the order was placed? never in my life have i experienced such pathetic customer service! then after requesting for the bill, as there was no way that i was going to eat that pathetic food! the manager had the absolute audacity to bill me for the entire meal! the manager showed no sense of remorse what so ever! i will never visit that disgusting place ever again! and as for the manager, he should be trained on what actual customer service is all about!
