Cargo Hold lunch time food is not so fresh

I went to Cargo Hold for my birthday (30 June) as we have been there previously but on this occasion for lunch as we had our son with us.
My wife ordered the Lamb shank and I ordered the steak.
The lamb shank was clearly the previous days and it had been microwaved to heat it up as the inside was cold while the outside was very hot. We obviously own a microwave so we know how stuff is heated up in it. The meal was replaced without any comments which further added to us believing it wasnt the wholesome food that cargo hold is supposed to serve (especially at those prices). I had the steak which was supposed to be well done and not burnt, it was burnt and tasted really funny. That is the last time we will be visiting cargo hold, Durban has a lot more restaurants with much better food at decent prices.
