After being to the Mc Donalds outside of Lake Side mal in Banoni twice and waiting in the drive thru only for them to tell you they have no ice cream when you get to the order window has made me really irritated. This morning I went to the same mc donalds to get breakfast, once again I waited in the drive thru and was asked to wait in the parking bay for my order which I did. After waiting for over half an hour I complained and only then 10 minutes later did I get my food while everyone was recieving their orders immideately. Their service is amongst the poorest I have ever experienced at any fast food resturaunt.
