Why ask what we want when you do whatever you like

On numerous occassions we have ordered Steers burgers from Bergbron Steers. Every time we order telephonically they ask - do we want single cheese or double cheese. Every time we say single cheese but gets charged for double cheese. It is something small but the point is why do they ask what we want when they in anycase do whatever they want. Then don't ask, just charge everyone for extra stuff they don't want.

And when we complain, everyone stares at us and makes us out to be the bad people.
