My son and I went to KFC Elarduspark last night 5:30 and we both ordered a sweet chilli twister. This is the second time not that we go the that specific KFC and get the same service. My son got his Twister after I ordered first. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for my twister. His chicken was done nice and fresh my chicken on the twister was hard and tasted old. Why is it that we order same time but the second item is done 20 minutes later and 5 other people are served before us? ANY REASON FOR THIS TREATMENT. The first time it happened I left it but now it is happening a second time. Or they will help you but when the food is ready first give people they prefers food to and then ours last. The attitude is very negative. They do not greet and say welcome to KFC just YOUR ORDER!!! KFC SERVICE WENT OUT THE DOOR.
