Had dinner at Adega tonight. Have been visiting this particular branch for years. Tonight was honestly the worst ever in terms of service. We arrived at about 18:30 and only got food at 20:45. Food was cold and had obviously been standing in the kitchen for some time. Drinks were served only after having to ask at least three times. No kiddies juice and no fruit juice in stock - and then the same juice not in stock was charged on the bill. To round of a spectacularly awful evening, not one credit card machine would work. And the excuse - new owners, under staffed and very busy... and the manager expected us to just be happy to pay the full bill. One member of our party took his plate to the kitchen to complain about the raw egg on his plate and he had to join a complaints line...
