We ordered a pizza at 7pm from Debonairs Banbury Crossing and it arrived at 9:30 pm and was quite cold if you ask me. How they expect you to eat cold food is beyond me... now we called to claim our free pizza as we were instructed and according to their act, the so called manager tells us that and I quote "There is nothing I can do." we find that very appalling considering we have been loyal customers to them for a long time. I think they should find a more suitable manager that will tend to his customers needs.
