My husband went to Debonairs Pizza in Centurion Lifestyle Centre. He specifically ordered Four Seasons without Salami but Chicken instead. When we got home the Pizza had the Salami, and not Chicken as he requested in the order. The invoice specifically indicates chicken.
We phoned and we were told they will prioritize our order and deliver as it was their mistake. That was at 19:27, the new pizza only arrived at 20:22, which does not seem like a priority at all. We did not expect this kind of service from Debonairs Pizza. Wrong Pizza, and then delay with the so called prioritized order. Our order number was 202.
We are so disappointed.
