I ordered a standard size pizza and a 2l coke from Debonairs in woodmead. The delivery guy brought the items to my flat and before I noticed it was the wrong size pizza he had left. I call the store immediately and advise them of the error of which I was made to speak to someone who I believe was a supervisor. He insisted it was the correct size pizza even though he did not see the pizza I had with me and depended only on what the receipt showed. He then started becoming aggressive and threatened me. He advised that he will send another standard size pizza and I must pay for both pizzas as much as I had no touched the real size pizza they sent. This is appaling and no way to treat clients. So today I ate a real size pizza plus a 2 litre coke for R88.60, paid a R100 to tip a driver who gave me the wrong order. Pity I can't even ask for my tip back! Very disappointed!
