Bad Customer service

We ordered starters, a main meal (platters for one) and drinks. While we were seated other customers were seated at the table behind us. When our drinks arrived the pinnacolarders did not contain any of the coconut milk as advertised. When we complained about this to the manager, he informed us that they do not mix any drinks and that the drinks were served as they received it from head office. We went to pay for the starters because we wanted to leave as we did not yet receive our meal even tough the customers who arrived after us, and ordered the same meal, were almost finished with theirs. the manager then told us that the grilled fish takes 30 minutes. we were waiting for more than the allocated time. When we pointed out that the other customers had gotten their food, that the place was practically empty and that our waiter has on the phone most of the time, he just insisted on the 30 minute wait. On another occasion we received cold food and the fish were all flaky.
