Had lunch at the new Doppio Zero at the Pineslopes SPAR and it puts the other branches to shame. Yes, this is how its meant to be done guys - excellent vibe, beautifully warm, friendly welcome, great staff, awesome quiche and (can it get better?) complimentary bread baskets which most restaurants these days conveniently dont do anymore.
It was clear that the manager had a firm, yet fair hand over his staff (they all looked happy) and i suspect it is the Afrikaans (maybe?) young guy in jeans who steers this cullinary ship so superbly?
