Terrible service

The waitron's service and attitude towards his customers was absolutely terrible, we ordered a round of drinks and he brought the wrong drinks even after double checking, it then took him more than 30 minutes before coming back to the table to check on us. we ordered food and more drinks he pretended to write down our order and then brought the wrong food as well, when we said that the one meal is not what we ordered he asked us what the difference was as both dishes had steak on them, he took back the meal with much attitude and said he would sort it out, 20 minutes later the correct meal had still not arrived, I then complained to the manager who said he would speak to him, after we had finished our meal we ordered coffee with cold milk which he messed up as well, we complained about his service and his attitude too the manager again, not once did David or the manager come to the table to apologise. I find it unacceptable that in a place that gets so many tourists the service is so atrocious and nobody that works there seems to care.
