Wrong debit order date and incurred bank charges

Good day

Last month once again you not only did a double debit on my account, in respect of arrears, but it was done on the 25th July, contrary to my EXPRESS instructions that debit orders are only to go off on the 1st of each month. I enclose a copy of those portions of my bank statement reflecting the two debits on 25 July as well as the bank charges of R138 (times two) totalling R276, and look forward to having my bank charges refunded.

Should this happen again, I will have no option but to cancel the debit order and pay per stop order. I have tried e-mailing you on the e-mail addresses I have but the e-mails get returned "undeliverable".
