On Saturday 13/07/2013 we went to kfc meadowlands to buy box master and zinger wings, now with the bad experience we had the last time we bought zinger wings we decided to let the cashier (kedibone) know and not to lay a complain but for her to make the chef aware that they were burnt the last time and we don't want a repeat of that. She decided to give us attitude and to say its beyond her control and there's nothing she can do about it. She then decided to leave the till and be busy with another client whilst we were busy speaking to her. We then requested to speak to her manager, whilst waiting for the manager she decides to speak to other cashiers about this and how much we frustrate her, then Caroline (another cashier) says this is the she hates about being a cashier. If she is not happy with her job she must quite not take it out on paying clients. What irritates me the most is that I am a regular there and I contribute to their monthly target. I am extremely disappointed in kfc for hiring people with such bad customer service.
