Wednesday afternoon on the 2nd of October 2013 at the Sandton City branch of KFC I was quite devastated and disgusted by the KFC Chicken wings which literally had feathers on them that were fried onto the food. I bought my lunch as I would normally once a week from that specific store my usual order of a large pop's a zinger burger and four zinger wings. Since the wings were my "favourite" i started eating that first and realised the feathers on all three of the four wings. When this was brought to the store attention the manager or rather manageress was too busy to see me, which is understandable they are a busy franchise, after loosing my complete appetite eventually giving the burger and pops away I get reimbursed with a mere R15.00 for the wings which I found was really bad customer service. I am familiar with the staff as I am a frequent patron of that store.
Thanks for spoiling lunch yesterday KFC, and leaving a bitter taste of an experience
