I went to Maponya McDonald's with my 3 year old daughter to get food, paid for food that I never got. There so called manager Gladys Dlamini told me my payment did not go through were else my bank notification stipulates otherwise, I showed Gladys the sms that the money was taken off from my account, but it never helped. I had to leave MacDonald's without the food I paid for, she told me to bring a bank statement showing that there money was off my account. My 3 year old daughter was standing there waiting for food that we never got but paid for, I had to give some sort of explanation to my daughter since was excited that she will be getting MacDonald's. We had to leave empty handed. At the moment I`m not a happy customer and I wouldn't advise anyone to buy food from Maponya MacDonald's, because Gladys and her crew will Rip them off. I want Gladys give back money that she from my account and they need to recompensed me for all the trouble caused.
