On Thursday of the 28th Nov at 19:33 I went to buy myself some food and as a matter of fact I was craving Chicken Liken hot wings. I could not locate another outlet as the one at lakeside mall was closed, I then decided to get zinger wings from KFC. When I placed the order it was captured correctly, my order was 5 chicken pieces and four zinger wings and one virgin mojito in total the order came to R90.30
When I received my order after paying I realized that the zinger wings that I paid for were missing, instead there was an extra piece of chicken that costs even less than the zinger wings. I want my four zinger wings as this is unacceptable, I could not even return the order because it was raining heavily outside and my family needed to eat.
I would highly appreciate it if you got someone to get to the bottom of this as I want my wings, to even think that I thought KFC would be the other option to get rid of my craving. And they robbed me without me even realizing it until I got home, how is that for taking customers for a ride?
I would appreciate your assistance in this regard.
