My family, friends and I went to Spur last night, to celebrate my birthday. I am a regular customer and thought it would be a good idea to bring everyone there as I am generally happy with the service and food.
What a big mistake that was!! As we arrived there was no host to seat us, so we found our own table, which was a filthy mess. We had 2 toddlers with us who were already hungry by the time we ordered drinks.
ONE WHOLE HOUR & 15 MINUTES LATER, after searching for our waitress, who was so busy chatting to her buddies, we finally received our 2 kiddies meals.
We then had to continually ask for our meals, which were brought another 30 MINUTES LATER!! The food was cold and gross and none of us finished our meals. Definitely not what I was used to from Spur. For over 2 hours we were forced to stare at filthy, uncleaned tables around us.
Another problem was that there was absolutely NO rules in the kids play area?? While our 2 year olds were playing, they were injured and trampled on by TEENAGERS who were running around wild?? I am disgusted in Spur Karaglen, ruined my birthday and utterly embarrassed me!! I will not recommend you to anyone ever again!
