Horrible Management Service - I expected bette

A few days ago, my friend and I were absolutely shocked when we had gone to eat at Panarottis in Bayside Mall and received such shocking service. Firstly it took over 15 minutes standing at the entrance before one of the waitresses finally noticed us as she was too busy laughing and talking with another lady behind the reception area (who later turned out to be her manager). Then once we were finally inside, they got our order wrong twice and then overcharged us on the bill for the incorrect meal. We were there for over 20 minutes just trying to pay for the meal we had ordered. My friend immediately asked to speak to a manager. We spoke to a lady named Carolyn (manager), and her attitude was completely disrespectful and rude. She basically told us that this was not her problem and that she could not see any issue with the service as the problem was eventually resolved. As my friend was telling Carolyn that we would take this further, she rolled her eyes and walked back behind the desk and ignored us.

I cant believe this is how you treat your customers.

I am absolutely disgusted!!
