Hi there
We went for dinner to Panarottis last night after a movie. My husband order the pasta with prawn tails and mussels in a creamy tomato sauce.
When the food arrived we noticed that the pasta did not contain any prawn tails at all but shrimp, the creamy sauce had hardly a tint of tomato in it and it was seriously lacking in spices. My husband remarked that it was very possibly the worst meal he has ever had.
We tried to beckon the manager over and after 15 minutes of trying to wave one of the managers down, seriously waving arms in the air (they were busy chasing the kitchen staff around the kitchen, chatting to other staff, showing each other the phones - everything but paying attention to ANY of the customers) the manager did kindly offer to replace the meal but by that stage my husband appetite was completly spoiled.
The manager remarked that they've been having complaints about the pasta sauces the whole evening - my question is: If you know there is a problem, why do you conitinue serving the dishes and is this standard for Panarottis to serve their customers sub-standard meals knowing that they not up to scratch.
Not impressed
