I went with my family to panarottis highveld mall witbank. this was on 31 August 2013 at about 16:50. we ordered our meals and drinks. to our amaze after an hour we didnt receive our meals. when i checked with the manager he gave me all sorts of excuses that the kitchen was busy with orders and he will check into the matter. fifteen minutes later another family decided they hand enough and walked off. a further five minutes later me and my family decided to walk out. ath the paypoint the waiter had told me that they had only two chefs that make pizzas and that they had to deal with tele orders and take aways and also eat in customers and they too even complained about the poor service. the manager could not be bothered about us leaving. he had a dont care attitude. his management skills are poor and pathetic. panarottis should be ashamed of itself for hiring such incompetent managers who dont deserve to be in our society. panarottis should close its franchise down in witbank because they wast peoples time. after all this also a monthend weekend. you dont need an to manage your franchise. your reputation has now dropped to a level lower than low.
