Terribly disappointing! Not only did we have to wait 10 minutes for a table to be cleared of dirty dishes before we could sit down with 2 hungry kids, but we had to wait another 10 minutes for a waiter to finally notice we haven't been seen to yet. Another 10 minute wait for 2 glasses of water. Ordered Baked PRAWN TAIL starters and pizza for mains. After a 30 minute wait 1 of the 2 pizzas showed up but NO starters!! Waiter took the pizza back and 15 minutes later we received our starters, which were not at all prawn tails, but BABY SHRIMPS smothered in cheese. Took them at least 15 minutes to notice our held up hands to clear the table. Finally our pizzas arrived. After being ignored by the manager at least twice and battling to get the waiters attention for a glass of orange juice. Needless to say, the bill of R292.40 wasn't worth one cent. We didn't get a PRAWN TAIL starter (as the menu indicates) and we waited at least an hour for our meal to be served. Panarottis in the Midlands Mall, PMB is never seeing me nor my family again!
