Unacceptable service

I was seated when 3, 14 yr old girls arrived shortly after me.my food arrived & only then did the girls get served after having asked for assistance 4 x.their order was placed & the waitress asked if they wanted still or sparkling, the girls said they wanted 3 waters like tap water.3 bottles of still water were placed on the table.the girls politely asked to exchange the bottled water for tap water.the waitress responded very rudely that she was unable to void the water as it is Milky Lanes policy.i intervened & asked to speak to the manager.he was not there so i spoke to the 2nd in-charge who to had attitude & no customer skills.the girls asked for their bill & the water wasn't voided.at the till i again spoke to the waitress concerned and the 2nd in charge who made a scene in reference to the girls and stated that cause of them she isn't getting paid for the day.she called her manager who told her that the girls should leave their names & numbers & return to pay the water.i ensured only the food was paid for & left my name & num for the manager to contact me.i have not heard of a policy regarding nonreturnable sealed items.i'm disgusted by the way the young girls were treated.
