We got into this branch around 5h30pm and asked at the till we eating in they directed us. We sat 15 unattended and I asked lady with tag Lungile to assist she pointed us to go and make orders I asked her we just been directed by a Nomfundo to sit she must call the manager who never came. I stood up and bought food asked for water the manager who was then attending my order said I must wait 6min for water I asked even if its tap water? the attitude was just bad and he said go and sit indeed I waited more than six water next thing the order was faulty I requested 1 meal with extra source the out on all and I requested spinach mild it was very hot. I had to re ask for water which is not paid for tap water and as we start eating. The manager Gman asked what the problem is I asked him to allow eat as he never wanted to listen to our plea then. Very RUDE STAFF AND TEAM LEADER WORST
