I thought it was a Fast food

The word fast food seems to be losing a meaning in this restaurant. I went to both these branches on Monday evening (2013/07/01) and I was shocked that both had to tell me their magic word of having to wait for 15 min! You must be kidding me! I mean it's just after month end and a good business men owning a fast food restaurant shold know when they need to be on top of things to avoid losing business and putting their customers under great inconvinience by having to wait for long just to get served. I do hope this changes because it's not all the time that people will have that much patience to wait for that long when they're buying large orders, this is seriously not on guys. Could you do something about it please (that's if you want to keep your customers and attrack new ones)
