POOR SERVICE

We went to this place for a dinner on Friday Night the 28th June 2013.
We got there and ordered our meals. When i received my "Lambshank" it was so tough and very hard, i even gave to my boyfriend to taste, and it was horrible, also with all the rosemary that was too much in the sauce. I put the piece of meat in my bf's plate and we ate his seafood platter further (Also not very good)
The manager Eugene came to our table and asked if everything was in order and i said no, i am very dissapointed in the food, i have explained to him what the matter was. He just Nodded and said OK. NOTHING else and walked away. after 5 mins he came back and requested to re-prepare the sub-standard meal. There was no discount offered by any staff member of Cesco. I have told him no thank you since i was put off already. He again said OK and Nodded and walked away.
We asked for the bill after we paid we have asked for the remaining food to put as a doggy bag. (since no discount of the amount came off the bill.) and we left. I then went onto Facebook and wrote my complaint to them.
