David "the manager" - no manners

We visited Spur last night & on arriving we confirmed with waiter whether we would qualify for the discount on our bill with our Suncoast Gold Card & she confirmed with the manager and he said yes. The food was great but when it came to the bill, the bill was chaotic. We were only discount on two meals and two of the cheaper drinks. I asked. The 1st manager Joe why wasn't I told that I will only qualify for a discount on 2 meals because should I have known, I would have advised them to have the bill seperated as two of us has Gold Cards. He said he would ask the senior manager David to assist. Joe was very pleasant. However, Davids attitude sucked. Explained to him what happen and all he says is, what you want me to do, ok, ok. And all of this in a shouting tone. I was certainly not the first customer to receive Davids bad attitude. When I agreed to pay the bill even without him sorting it out. I said to him to give me a few mins to work the bill out as the final amount was hand written. In saying that he got upset with me. After having the bill work out he then thought I wrote in the final amount. When I said to him its not my handwriting he then shouted again. Very disrespectful
