On Tuesday 2nd July 2013, I placed an order in the shop for 8 items off the set winter menu options.
The order took 40 mins to be ready and other patrons had waited similar periods. The staff seemed able to only process one order at a time with no forethought into preparation of similar orders.
I arrived home only to find that the wrong items were given in my order. My slip quite clearly said Winter 5 (calamari & chips) - I found fish fingers and onion rings - a winter 3.
I phoned the shop so they could start preparing my actual order for when I got there. I arrived and had to re-explain their error. The three staff members found it hilarious that they had messed the order up and jokingly apologised. It took another 12 mins before my actual order was ready.
The absence of a manager, any training and more than two brain cells was embarrassingly evident.
