On 23 Dec I posted about slow service and bad food at Cape Gate branch, I received an email from Sibusiso Mazibuko offering to replace the meal, I replied asking how I would go about receiving the replacement meal, no response. I have emailed several times asking again... I cannot exactly walk into the store and ask for it and not pay... it seems as though I'm being ignored in hope that I would forget about it??? Your replacement meal will make no difference in my life but do not offer something as a public front trying to prove your 'customer service' but do not provide. i emailed twice this morning and both emails bounced back as failed from your email server 'due to security reasons'... pathetic
