No resolution of Complaint

CAS-02456-N0D5P0 Refers.

After i have logged this issue, i was contacted by the store manager whom simply stated that head office will send me a voucher. The purpose of this complaint was not to get a voucher but a proper sincere apology, with a, please come in we will replace the burger. But it is just easier to let Customer care send a voucher.

I have followed up on this call a total of 6 times and i have been promised :
1. The Franchisee will call me
2. The Area Manager will call me

needless to say, . it did not happen. So this morning we decide to give Breakfast a try, we ordered 3 toasted sarmies. Chicken mayo, toasted Cheese, and Chick cheese and tomato. The chicken was actually cold, out of the fridge. The cheese was not melted an the other 2. The chicken slice cold out the fridge. The bread was not toasted. Looks like the one side was slightly heated on the one side.

When you opened you were such a nice store, now you are terrible. Twice i have had cold tasteless food from you, and Customer Care is just too pathetic to sort it out!!
