On 22 September 2013 at 11:26 (reference number 3480) we purchased a Colonel Burger, 3 Pieces of chicken and a small strawberry milkshake from the branch. The assistant first made a vanilla milkshake which we did not ask for, and she then had to change this to a strawberry milkshake. When we arrived home, we realized that although we paid for 3 pieces of chicken, we only received 2 pieces.
I will never buy from this branch again and will tell everyone to stay away from this KFC in future!
