No milkshake again

We went to the new MacDonald's on the Sunday just after it opened, that week, for a milkshake only to be told that the machine is broken. Numerous times we been to the one in Benoni MacDonald's for a milkshake only to be told that the machine is broken.
I complained to them direct by e-mail previously and they sent me a form to apply for a franchise!!!

Please McDonald's train your people and install in them a culture of good service. You always feel that they are doing you a favour when they serve you. Although we like the MacDonald's shakes we think we will go somewhere else in future.
