I went to purchase some steers after a movie at Kenilworth centre the weekend. In addition to my meal and deserts, I ordered a vanilla milkshake. I While waiting I was watching them make the milkshake. So the person making the shake spills some milk on the counter and reach for a counter cloth underneath the till area where it is kept. She proceeds to wipe up the milk as well as the rest of the counter. To my disgust, she then uses the same dirty cloth to wipe clean the milkshake machine frother which is used to blend the ice cream and milk to make the milkshake. Do these employees receive hygiene training? I am not one to complain and make a scene in public, which is why I am sharing this experience. Unlikely that I will support that steers again due to the lack of hygiene observed.
